REDISCOVER YOURSELF

We are now in the deepest part of winter. February is our second full month of the winter season. We have hunkered down in the cold freezing wind, cleaned our windshield from new fallen snow and shovelled snow several times. We snuggle down in our comforters and raise the furnace temperature. We check the temperature before we go out and dress accordingly. Winter tends to be more of a hibernation season – a time of darkness and thoughtfulness. In spirituality, it is all about re-evaluate ourselves and germinating our ideas before the blooming of spring. We re-think or re-discover ourselves and what we are doing. It is a time of creativeness and a thinking through before the action of spring. Rediscover yourself at this time and think of the differences you want to make in your life or home. Create, think and plan for the future. The spring is coming in short order when you can bring your ideas and plans to rebirth. Enjoy this quiet time of increased darkness.

If you do not know how to meditate well here is your answer. The Author has made it simple to understand , how to mediate on all levels. I read it at night and found myself so relaxed at a very stressed part of my life. I am a person who understands mediation and have done it for years.
