CHANGE

 

There’s a change in the air. Change is coming. We have had a surprising winter that was very unusual and a spring that started out warm and sunny. Everyone was trying to figure out what is making the world so different. Predictions were flying around about what is going to happen because the winter season wasn’t the usual. People and experts find it difficult when they can’t explain the unusual. Temperature records were being broken practically every day. This was a sign that things are starting to be “different”. Now April will bring Easter and the spring blossoms. The last few years have been unusual in happenings and weather but that is over now. Things are definitely evolving and our lives are starting to open up. Let it happen and don’t fight it – the best is yet to come. Pay attention because this year is going to change all of us.

    If you do not know how to meditate well here is your answer. The Author has made it simple to understand , how to mediate on all levels. I read it at night and found myself so relaxed at a very stressed part of my life. I am a person who understands mediation and have done it for years.
